Bringing Theory into the Real World - OAC Public Lecture, February 11

February 5, 2009

For professional turf managers, the challenges of Mother Nature, budget limitations and the demands of golfers can make it difficult to apply classroom theory to the real world. As the Winter 2009 session of the OAC public lecture series continues, Blake McMaster, Course and Property Manager at the Royal Montreal Golf Club and OAC's 2009 Superintendent in Residence, will discuss practical solutions to address the many challenges of preparing golf courses for play by a wide range of golfers from the casual amateur to the world's top touring professionals.

The annual Superintendent in Residence program is presented with funding support from the OAC Alumni Foundation.
